Selling Your Home?
If you are in the process of selling your home, your realtor and/or title company may have mentioned the need to obtain a resale package. Please see the instructions below for placing an order.
Ordering a Resale:
To order a Resale Package, please email your request to resales@damctx.com. Our resale department will acknowledge your request and ask that you agree to the Resale Package terms. Once the terms are agreed to you will be provided a date that the documents will be ready along with an order number for easy tracking.
Our normal turnaround time is 3 business days which we believe is very accommodating and should preclude the need for any RUSH orders.
The resale cost for this neighborhood is $175.00. Resale fees are payable prior to the documents being released. The documents will be emailed to the requestor once payment is received in our office.

Checks can also be mailed to the office. Please mark your envelope “RESALE DEPARTMENT”.
