Pool Information

 
In order for homeowners to access the pool facility, a pool card is needed. Please see below for additional information regarding the pool cards.
 
Homeowners receive their first pool card for $25.00 with a signed waiver (see below). 1 card per household, replacements are $25.00 each. Tenants/Renters are not issued pool cards, and must obtain one from the homeowner directly. To request a card please submit your request with the completed waiver to 

 

*All pool cards will be activated within ONE (1) business day

Reservation Information
 
 
The Knollcreek Pool can be reserved for non-exclusive use during the pool season. Reservations are confirmed with the completion of the Knollcreek Reservation Form, as well as, the submission of the Usage Fee ($50.00 + $15.00 for each additional hour) and refundable deposit ($100.00). Please see the below rules and reservation form for more information regarding the rental policies. For additional information regarding date availability and confirming your reservation for the Knollcreek Pool, please contact reservations@damctx.com.
